Place Cards
Place cards are custom designed to match the wedding theme, colors, invitations, etc. Place cards are generally used for more formal wedding receptions or smaller gatherings. Place cards should be placed at each place setting for the reception dinner. This eliminates confusion among guests about where to sit and helps keep families together for their dinner. In some instances, place cards are only used at the head table for the Bride & Groom and their parents. In that case, guests have more freedom to choose who they would prefer to sit with.
Reserved Table CardsReserved table cards are custom designed to match the wedding theme, colors, invitations, etc. Reserved Table cards are placed on some of the wedding reception tables in order to hold special seating for the wedding party and family. Most of the time, when the wedding party arrives at the reception, all of the guests are there waiting.
Gift table cards are custom designed to match the wedding theme, colors, invitations, etc. Gift Table cards suggest placement of wedding presents and thank guests for attending the wedding. Gift Table cards are placed on the table where the happy couple wishes for wedding gifts to be placed. Larger gifts are usually placed either on or beside the Gift Table. Gifts of Cash or Cards for the happy couple are usually dropped into a decorative cage or card box. The card cages or boxes are highly recommended for the Gift Table. If something to secure the cards is not used, it is easy for them to be knocked off the table and lost.
Wedding Reception Menus
Reception Menus are custom designed to match the wedding theme, colors, invitations, etc. Menus are used when guests are invited to a enjoy a full meal at the reception. Generally, menus are placed at each place setting before the dinner begins. The menu lists each food item and the order of the meal.
